Jarod Ferguson
Jarod Ferguson is a principal craftsman with Guild 3 Software, specializing in enterprise software development and architecture on the Microsoft .NET platform. Before joining Guild 3 he was a Lead Software Architect, where he designed and developed a global supply chain trading platform for a leading provider of on-demand supply chain management. Passionate about progressive agile processes like SCRUM and Lean w/ KanBan, Jarod is always on the lookout for a better way to build software.Jarod finds himself drawn to the latest and greatest offerings from the Open Source Software Community and Microsoft, and likes to stay current by reviewing Community Technology Previews and perusing Open Source code repositories. He participated in the Microsoft Technology Adoption Program for the Entity Framework and the Microsoft Web Client Software Factory advisory board, and has also reviewed Orielly Media technical books.
As an active member of the .Net community, Jarod enjoys taking part in local software related events, regional code camps, and national conferences. He blogs on ElegantCode.com. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife & daughter, snowboarding and coaching soccer. He is also a huge soccer & college football fan and can’t seem to get enough HDTV!

David Starr is a Principal Software Craftsman with Guild 3 Software specializing in agile software development practices, patterns and practices of .NET development, and judicious application of various Microsoft technologies.He is a Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP and an instructor with Pluralsight where he leads the Agile Software Development and Visual Studio ALM curriculums. David is the founder of ElegantCode.com and host of the Pluralcast podcast.
David is a frequent contributor at conferences, an active blogger, and a frequent writer. He has successfully led product development teams and held numerous positions including Chief Software Architect and Director of Product Development.
Jason Grundy
Jason Grundy is a principal craftsman with Guild 3 Software, specializing in the delivery of technology based solutions which realize strategic goals . He has 15 years of experience in delivering high quality technical solutions to a diverse client base. Previously he was COO at a software vendor that specialized in mobile solutions and before that Chief Consultant for a large project and professional services based organization.Jason believes in a balanced but disciplined approach to software development that results in the correct solution for the problem in hand. He has successfully introduced Agile processes and engineering disciplines into many organizations. Jason holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Law from the University of Dundee in Scotland.
